Getting started#

This chapter covers what every user needs, regardless of role: what Carrotz is, the difference between the browser and the app, and why two colleagues can see completely different menus.

Brand new?#

Do this first:

1. Get access — your administrator invites you, or your organisation contacts Carrotz for the very first user. See Access and roles.
2. Install the app if you work in the field. See Installing the app.
