Carrotz Documentation#

A practical guide to using Carrotz β€” maintenance, documentation, risk and compliance.

The documentation is split into two tracks, because a day in Carrotz looks entirely different depending on your role.

  • πŸ”§ For field users#

Find and carry out work orders, complete checklists, report deviations and log hours β€” mostly on mobile.

Go to the field guide β†’

  • βš™οΈ For administrators#

Set up locations, objects, checklists and maintenance plans, manage users and permissions, and follow up on risk and documents.

Go to the admin guide β†’

Know what you want to do, but not where it lives?#

Use the quick reference β€” a table from “I want to…” to “go to…”.

Access controls what you see

Which menus and features appear in Carrotz depends on your organisation’s setup and your own permissions. If you can’t find a menu described here, it is either not enabled for your organisation, or you don’t have access to it. Ask your administrator.

This documentation covers everyday use in the browser and the app β€” not technical setup or installation.
